Last week Year One went on their school trip to South Angle Farm in Soham. They had a brilliant day meeting lots of animals such as sheep, pigs, alpacas, a snake, a chinchilla and even a tarantula! The children learnt lots about the different animals including where their habitat was and what they ate. They also made bug hotels using straw and sticks and planted their own lettuce seeds to take home. It was a brilliant day and we were very lucky with the sunshine!
